Online Christmas Eve Worship Service

Our Saviour's will also be offering a special Online Christmas Eve Worship Service for those more comfortable worshipping from the comfort of their own home.

On Christmas Eve both campuses will have a luminaria path lighting the sidewalks. Additional luminarias can be donated in memory or honor of a loved and one placed in our luminary garden in the handicapped area. You can purchase a luminara for the garden with a $5 donation online by clicking here.

Jesus said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.’ – John 8:12 Luminarias are traditionally lit on Christmas Eve to guide the spirit of the Christ child into a home or church. People line the streets and walkways creating elaborate displays by placing a candle and some sand inside a paper bag.

Luminarias can be picked up starting December 15 at either campus in the blue garden boxes. Use the paper bags to pour out your heart to God. Write the words that are in your heart. Write the names of loved ones who are not with us today. These simple bags will be our sack cloth. The sand we place within them will be our ashes. Weighing us down. Holding us in place. Within our sackcloth, nestled among the ashes, there is a light - a light that shines, a light of peace, a light of hope, a light of love, a light to lead the way, or simply a light to mark your existence in this place. On Christmas Eve drop your luminaria off in the handicapped area before 12:00 pm or bring it with you to the service you are attending.

Please purchase by December 21.
