small groups

Small Groups impact the life of the Our Saviour’s community by helping participants make connections, build relationships, and create space for healthy and diverse faith conversations. You are invited to explore and deepen your relationship with God and others in a safe, welcoming, faith-affirming space! All are welcome to explore any of our small groups.

Looking to connect with one of our current small groups? Have an idea for a new small group? Contact Pastor Elisabeth at pastorelisabeth@oursaviours.com or at 630-281-4233.

  • room 4 both: An LGBTQIA2S+ Community

Room for Both is a place where being queer and Christian are not a contradiction. This small group is made up of people from several DuPage and Will County churches, all gathered as queer Christians seeking to grow in faith together.

Whom this is for: LGBTQIA2S+ Chrisitans in the area. We have multiple denominations represented!

What happens: We share food and stories, talk about where God has come up in our lives and dig into Scripture together. We also spend time together crafting, going to pumpkin patches and more!

When we meet: The group meets the second Monday of every month in Naperville. Email room4both@gmail.com or send a message to @room4both on Instagram to ask for the location.

How to keep up to date: Follow on Instagram @room4both or ask to be added to the group's email list by emailing room4both@gmail.com.

Reach out to an OSLC pastor for more small group information!

  • Bible Journaling

Bible Journaling is a creative way approach to the discipline of reading the Bible. By using pens, markers, colored pencils, and other creative tools you can meditate on God's Word. Some people choose to journal as an expression of private devotion or meditation, as an act of worship, or simply as a way to relax. No previous experience or skills are needed - Simply embrace Bible Journaling with an open mind and a willingness to experience scripture creatively.
