Feed the Need, the annual mobile-pack volunteer event for Feed My Starving Children, returned to Benedictine University in Lisle this year. The Our Saviour's Community packed almost 52,000 meals for those in need around the world.

An initiative that started at Our Saviour’s in 2012, Feed the Need has grown to include thousands of volunteers packing hundreds of thousands of meals over the course of one winter weekend each year. Feed the Need benefits Feed My Starving Children, a Christian hunger relief organization and longtime Our Saviour's partner that works with not-for-profit groups on the ground worldwide to provide specially formulated meals for children in need of the life-sustaining, hope-giving gift of food.
