Alexandra Colaianni is a licensed clinical social worker and the dynamic founder of Modern Balance Integrative Therapy in Naperville, Illinois. She offers inclusive wellness strategies, crisis intervention and mindfulness techniques to support individuals facing life transitions, chronic health challenges and the demands of caregiving. In her part-time role at Our Saviour's, she develops and leads special programs and activities around mental, physical and community wellness.

Alexandra holds a master's in social work from Loyola University Chicago and draws on extensive experience as an urban crisis worker, hospital care manager and psychiatric social worker. Her dedication to integrative health, fueled by personal experience, earned her a feature in Who's Who in America in 2023. Alexandra and her husband, Jeff, joined Our Saviour's with their young daughters, Evelyn and Annie, just prior to the COVID era. Since then, Alexandra has served as chair of the youth and family board and as a preschool Sunday School teacher at Celebration Campus. She also founded The Well, which meets on Wednesday nights during Midweek Meetups.
