Women’s Ministry provides opportunities for all women of the congregation to gather for fellowship, service, learning and spiritual growth. Offering a variety of activities throughout the year, including evenings out, service events, presentations from guest speakers and an annual fall retreat, Women's Ministry welcomes and encourages all women of Our Saviour's to participate in any or all of the group's events. - March 1-24: We are collecting household and hygiene essentials for Loaves & Fishes in bins at both campuses. Please bring in (and encourage others to bring!) toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, face soap and mouthwash.
- Saturday, April 22: A Mindful Walk at Knoch Knolls Park, 9:30-11:30 a.m., 320 Knoch Knolls Road, Naperville. Come spend some time in nature and in fellowship with other women. We will take a mindful walk of approximately 1.5 to 2 miles, with stops along the way. As we explore God's creation and reflect on God's word, we will seek to experience a greater sense of awe, gratitude and peace. The concept of of "forest bathing" as a way to heighten our senses and our awareness of the world around us will be explored. Registration is free but is limited to 30 people, sign up HERE.
"I was welcomed so warmly, and it was such a great experience, that that was when it kind of clicked in my mind that, A) we made the right choice in picking Our Saviour’s, and B) this is a ministry that I can feel needed in." -Susan Leibforth, Women's Ministry co-leader.
