A note from Senior Pastor Brian Wise:
Dear Members of the Our Saviour’s Community,
As we embark on a new chapter at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, we are reminded of the words from Isaiah 43:19: "I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."
Over 68 years, Our Saviour’s has been a beacon of faith and community for thousands. It is through your dedication and generosity that our church home has thrived.
The time has come for us to build upon this legacy and address necessary improvements at the Our Saviour’s Campus. In June 2024, the congregation voted to move forward with a design refresh project for the main floor of the Our Saviour’s Campus. The first element of this project will be to replace worn, 35-year-old flooring in and around our worship spaces on the Our Saviour's Campus.
At this time, our goal is to raise $380,000 by the end of 2024 so that we can begin work to replace the flooring. As of Nov. 19, our total amount pledged or received is just more than $200,100.
No debt will be assumed for this project. Once we hit our fundraising goal for flooring replacement, the design team will collaborate with an architectural firm to plan this phase of the project.
Additional, future elements of the Refresh Project (pending funding availability) could include improved acoustics and energy-efficient lighting in our gathering spaces.
We invite you to prayerfully consider making a donation to support the revitalization of the main floor of the Our Saviour’s building. Every contribution, regardless of size, is vital and is deeply appreciated. Should you have any questions about the project, members of our stewardship and endowment teams would be happy to answer them.
